The U15 and U16 Boys Go Unbeaten to Take Florida State Championship
BOCA RATON, FL. - Schulz Academy provided a glimps of what's to come for the 2006 Super-Y-League season by winning the US Club Soccer Florida State Championships in two age groups. The U15 and U16 boys took home the titles in their respective age groups continuing their dominance in the State of Florida. The U13 boys were runners up in their age group when the younger teams competed back in December 2005.

The U15 boys, lead by captain Donovan Henry, ran over their first round opponents en route to the finals where they defeated a tough Tallahassee United team 2-0.

The U16 Boys won their championship with defense anchored by their goalkeeper who returned to action from a broken leg sustained during High School activities. The U16 Boys defeated a very good Miami Strike Force team 3-2 on penalty kicks after going 0-0 at the end of regulation and overtime.

Congratulations to all the players in the U15 and U16 teams for getting off to an impressive start for the 2006 season.

The US Club Soccer Florida State Games was held on March 24th-26th, 2006 at Sylvan Lake Park in Orlando, FL.
