Schulz Academy , the nationwide proven training and player developmental program, and one of the 20 top Elite clubs in the country initiated the new “Elite Soccer Alliance” in South Florida to help clubs to grow, and the club’s players to excel.
Schulz Academy , which provides already the training program for years for multiple State Cup winner Boca Juniors, now is expanding this program.
Starting immediately Boca Juniors and Coral Springs Storm are the first 2 clubs of the “Elite Soccer Alliance”. For the benefit of the development of the players both clubs will work together to improve the quality of their soccer talents.
Weeks before Schulz Academy already formed an alliance with the “International Youth Soccer Academy” of Stanley Moiseau, which provides the training for the Miramar Optimist Strikers.
“We are just following the example of other states like Texas, North Carolina, California etc. Instead of working against each other we will work together to give our players additional possibilities to develop” says Dr. Josef Schulz, president and Director of Coaching of the Schulz Academy.
“I think the time has come, where we need to look into new options, where we can improve our program. The ideas of Dr. Schulz for now and for the future are very realistic, and are conform with our goals for the future” Dr. Meeroff, Vice President of Coral Springs says.
“The problem especially in Florida is the fact, that there are too many clubs. By forming the “Elite Soccer Alliance” we try to create Elite teams in all age groups like CASL (in North Carolina), Texas Red (in Dallas) or other clubs in the country, to have a chance to compete with these very successful clubs on a national level” Fitz Sinclair, the Assistant Director of Coaching of Coral Springs Storm mentions.
Stanley Moiseau, President and Director of Coaching of the International Youth Soccer Academy, which provides the training for Miramar Optimist Strikers states: “I immediately liked the idea of helping each other. Josef (Schulz) sees the big picture of youth development, and we are happy to be part of this exciting project. At the end there will only be one big winner, and this is the soccer talent in Florida . Through this initiative new opportunities are provided to the players of our club, and it will help to grow and develop the program of Miramar Optimist Strikers. I am sure the “Elite Soccer Alliance” will be a big success in the future”.
“Josef (Schulz) did a great job with the players of our program in the last years, and we have absolutely no problem that he provides his proven training methods and opportunities through the Schulz Academy to other clubs”, says Heinz Olischar, Manager of Boca Juniors.
“The main idea of this project is to form Elite Teams in all age groups for boys and girls to compete with the absolute top teams in the country. Our Schulz Academy teams are playing every year at the National Finals of the Super Y League against these teams, and we know we are very close in all age groups. On the local level the members of the “Elite Soccer Alliance” will help each other out to grow their individual programs for the future. It’s a win win situation for all of us. It’s not only the Know How of the training, it’s also the contacts we developed in the last 10 years to all the college coaches in the country, the direct contact to the coaches of the US National Teams, after developing players like “Jozy” Altidore, the high level tournaments we are able to offer to the players of the alliance, like Super Y League, and for the absolute Elite players also professional contracts in Europe with the appropriate representation”, explains Dr. Schulz.
Many clubs contacted us already to be part of this “Elite Soccer Alliance”, and they realize the advantages this project will bring to their club.
The first tryout for the “Elite Soccer Alliance” teams will be on Friday, June 1 from 6:00 – 7:30 for the age groups U8 – U14 (boys and girls) at Veterans Park (9400 Palmetto Park Rd., Boca Raton, FL 33428). For more information you can also call Josef at 561/479-2637.
