Three More Schulz Academy Players in U.S. Youth National Teams
Barry to play with U-17s while Julian Serrato and Karol Chorak joins Josmer and the U.S. U-18s

While playing in the Super Y League North American Finals, and winning back-to-back National Titles, 3 more Schulz Academy players caught the eyes of U.S. National Team coaches. This brings the number of Schulz Academy players selected to play in U.S. National Teams to 4.
Josmer Altidore, already member of the Residency program of the U.S. Soccer Federation,
Julian Serrato, and
Karol Chorak were invited to participate in the U18 U.S. National Team Camp in Carson, California in January.
Shawn Barry will play in the U17 U.S. National Team over the holidays featuring a game vs. the U17 National Team of France.
"I am very excited about this opportunity, and I am waiting for this chance a long time" says Shawn Barry, the MVP of the Super Y National Finals 2004. "To be seen by all the National Team coaches at the National Finals two years in a row, and winning the title two times helped a lot. I am already looking forward to wear the US National Team shirt, and to represent my country makes me feel very proud", continues Shawn Barry.
"For our club it is a great achievement and we are very proud to provide players for US National Teams. To have 4 players on this level shows that we are on the right track. Looking at our younger teams, we are very confident, that more players from our club will follow the footsteps of Josmer Altidore, Julian Serrato, Karol Chorak, and Shawn Barry" says Dr. Josef Schulz, Head Coach of the club.
