Stefan Jerome scores again in 2-0 win vs. Brazil

It looks like Schulz Academy players are becoming a nightmare for Brazilian National Teams. After Josmer Altidore’s 2 goals knocked out the Brazilian National Team from the U-20 World Cup earlier this year, Stefan Jerome scored the deciding 2-0 yesterday in the U-17 National Team game vs. Brazil in Bradenton.

“Stefan had 2 excellent performances vs. Russia and vs. Brazil, and for me he was the best forward of the tournament“, says Dr. Josef Schulz.

“It is a very positive trend in US Soccer, that a new generation of soccer players is developing, which can compete with the best soccer nations in the world. With these players the USA will play a big role at future World Cups. Josmer Altidore, as an 18 year old, has already now the quality to play in any of the top clubs in the world. He is being chased by the biggest clubs in Europe right now, led by Real Madrid to put his signature under a contract. I am very positive, that players like Stefan Jerome, Charles Renken or Donovan Henry have the necessary talent to play on the highest level in a few years in Europe, too“, continues Dr. Schulz to praise the new, young generation of soccer players in the United States.

In yesterday’s game vs. Turkey, the 2 forwards of Schulz Academy’s Super Y League team of last summer, Stefan Jerome and Donovan Henry also paired up in the attack of the U-17 US National Team. In addition, Zach Herold, also playing for Schulz Academy the last years, had a good performance as a defender in the U-17 US squad.
