A U.S. Soccer Development Academy club with the most individual honors for players in 2006 and 2007 for Super Y-League ODP selections and Super Y-League North American Finals All-Star teams selections, and for having 17 players in the U.S. Soccer National Youth Teams including 4 players in the U.S. U-17 Residency Program in 2007-2008.
Schulz Academy is having open tryouts for different competitive leagues and tournaments for the 2008 season.
Super Y-League: Boys U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, U20 and Girls U13, U14, U15, U16, and U17

Champions Cup: March 20-23 in Orlando. Only the best 8 clubs in the country are invited.
Age groups: U14 Boys (born 1993 and 1994), U16 Boys (born 1991 and 1992), U18 Boys (born 1989 and 1990).
U13 Girls (from 08/01/94), U15 Girls (from 08/01/92), U17 Girls (from 08/01/90).
The Champions Cup is a tournament by invitation only, that allows the 8 most competitive clubs in the country the opportunity to compare their entire club against other the top clubs. Individual age group winners will be recognized, but the champion will be the club with the most cumulative points from its three age groups at the end of the four days of competition, thus making all games and all age group competitions meaningful for the participating clubs.
National Cup (U11 - U17 boys and girls):
Regionals: May 24-26 in Jacksonville
Nationals: July 26-29 in Virginia Beach (combined with the National College Showcase)

The first 2 tryouts for all competitions will be on Sunday, January 20, and Sunday, January 27 at South County Regional Park (North Entrance, Yamato Road) in Boca Raton.
The times are from 4:00PM – 5:30PM for Boys U11, U12, and Girls U11 – U17.
Then from 5:30PM – 7:30PM for Boys U13 – U20.
Please bring a copy of the birth certificate and 2 passport size photos. (Returning Schulz Academy players from last season only need to bring the 2 photos).
Directions:
From I 95 exit on Yamato Rd. Go West. Cross US 441. Cross the 1st traffic light, and the park will be on the left side. Fields are on the left side after you entered the park.
From Turnpike: Exit on Glades Rd (if you come from the South) or on Atlantic (if you come from the North). Go West to US 441. Go North (if you come from Glades) or go South (if you come from Atlantic) to Yamato. Go West on Yamato. Cross 1st traffic light and park will be on the left side. Fields are on the left after entering the park.
From Sawgrass X-way: Go Sawgrass X-way to US 441 North. Go on US 441 North to Yamato Rd. Make a left on Yamato, cross the first traffic light, and the park will be on the left side. After entering the park the fields are on the left.
