Schulz Academy players will go through a specific developmental program, and their progress will be monitored by West Ham United coaches during the season at specific events. The most talented Schulz Academy players then will have the opportunity to move to the West Ham United Academy in London to follow into the footsteps of players like Lampard, Ferdinand and Cole.
Players who at the end make it to the first team there can expect financially to be set for life, because the average salary in the English Premier League is around 2 Million US Dollars.

Try outs dates for the specific Schulz Academy Elite Teams, which will take place in January in various locations throughout Florida, will be announced soon. The try outs will be held for players of age 10 – 18.
